2. Use deodorants or anti-perspirants. (The best time to use
them is immediately after a bath.) Deodorants minimize unpleasant odor only,
while anti-perspirants keep you dry, fresh and free from odor all day.
3. Watch your diet. Some highly spiced food accent body
odor.
4. Allow deodorant or anti-perspirant to dry before you put
on your clothes to prevent stain on clothes.
